Fewer transactions in April

According to The Netherlands’ Cadastre, the total number of transactions recorded over the month of April 2022 stands at 15,972. This is almost 16 percent lower than one year previously. In the first four months of this year, altogether 59,895 dwellings changed owners. This is 30 percent less than in the same period in 2021.
