Armenia discusses its Worldwide Felony Courtroom plans with Russia

Armenia mentioned with Russia its plans to come back beneath the Worldwide Felony Courtroom’s jurisdiction, Russian media mentioned on Sunday, a transfer strongly opposed by Moscow after the courtroom issued an arrest warrant for President Vladimir Putin.
