New criminal law Bills in consonance with spirit of Constitution, says Amit Shah in Lok Sabha

Lok Sabha had on Tuesday taken up dialogue on three payments to exchange the Indian Penal Code of 1860, Code of Legal Process (CrPC) of 1973 and Indian Proof Act, of 1872.

Amit Shah launched the three amended prison legislation payments in Lok Sabha final week that may change the IPC, CrPc and Indian Proof Act.

The Dwelling Minister withdrew the three payments, which have been launched within the Lok Sabha within the monsoon session of parliament.

He mentioned that the payments had been withdrawn and three new payments launched, as a couple of modifications have been to be made.
