Mumbai, Ratnagiri properties of Dawood Ibrahim to be auctioned off in January 2024

The properties of fugitive designated international terrorist Dawood Ibrahim in Mumbai and Ratnagiri will probably be auctioned off on 5 January 2024, in accordance with the Free Press Journal.

The 4 properties have been confiscated below the Smugglers and International Alternate Manipulators Act (SAFEMA), which included bungalows and mango plantations in Ratnagiri’s Khed Taluka.

Beforehand, the authorities situated and auctioned off many belongings related to Dawood Ibrahim’s household, together with a restaurant that offered for 4.53 crore, six flats that offered for 3.53 crore, and a visitor house that went for 3.52 crore.

Dawood Ibrahim’s Ratnagiri properties, which included two plots and a derelict gasoline station, have been auctioned off for 1.10 crore in December 2020. These properties have been registered within the identify of Dawood’s late sister, Haseena Parkar, in Lote village, Khed Taluka.

In April 2019, a 600-square-foot house in Nagpada was auctioned off for 1.80 crore. SAFEMA officers auctioned off Dawood’s property on Pakmodia Road in 2018 for a reserve worth of 79.43 lakh, which was bought by the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Belief (SBUT) for 3.51 crore.
