In the meantime, police have taken 17 SFI employees into custody with seven employees being arrested for allegedly hitting the Governor’s car. The case has been registered underneath a number of sections of the Indian Penal Code.

In response to a press release from the SFI “Governor has appointed senate members in Calicut and Kerala universities from the listing of RSS violating the college guidelines . That is undemocratic. That is an try and tie campuses within the RSS shed . SFI was organising protest in opposition to this and we are going to proceed it . Chancellor nominated members violating all guidelines . Our choice is that SFI is not going to permit governor to enter in any campuses in Kerala. We’ll take up our protest in that method . We’ll strengthen the protest in opposition to governor on streets. In our agenda, we by no means aimed to bodily assault the governor or take up the protest in dangerous method. Our protest will probably be in democratic method . There gained’t be any undemocratic protes
