Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Wednesday apologised for his controversial inhabitants management remarks in state Meeting.
“I apologise and I take back my word. They were not intended to hurt anybody. I have always maintained that education is necessary for population control. I have also stood for women empowerment and women’s development,” Kumar informed reporters after he was not allowed to enter the legislative meeting by BJP legislators.
