With three residents of this village on the outskirts of Ranchi nonetheless trapped within the collapsed Silkyara tunnel in Uttarakhand, the place rescue efforts have encountered one more impediment, the nervousness in Khirabeda has now reached a breaking level.

In Anil’s home, his grieving mom has not cooked something for the final two weeks. The household has been surviving on no matter meals their neigbours are offering.
The rescue effort started November 12 when a portion of the under-construction tunnel on Uttarakhand’s Char Dham route collapsed following a landslide, chopping off the exit for the employees inside.
Anil’s brother Sunil who rushed to the spot from Ranchi instructed.
