The Andhra Pradesh Excessive Courtroom on Monday dismissed three bail petitions filed by TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in several instances.
Naidu had moved the courtroom searching for common bail petitions within the Amaravati Interior Ring Street and Angallu assault instances and an anticipatory bail petition within the FiberNet case.
The Amaravati Interior Ring Street case pertains to “manipulating” the grasp plan of Amaravati capital metropolis, alignment of the internal ring street and the seed capital to allegedly supply undue enrichment to a number of firms throughout Naidu’s regime.

The Angallu case is linked to the riots which befell throughout a political rally taken out by the TDP chief in August.
A number of policemen and supporters of the TDP and the ruling YSRCP have been injured in stone pelting, arson and a riot at Angallu in Annamayya district and Punganuru in Chittoor district.
The FiberNet case pertains to the alleged tender manipulation in allotting a piece order beneath Part-1 of the AP FiberNet Undertaking of Rs 330 crore to a favoured firm.
The Crime Investigation Division alleged that irregularities befell from the allotting of the tender to completion of the overall undertaking, inflicting an enormous loss to the state exchequer.
Presently, Naidu is beneath judicial remand within the Rajamahendravaram central jail for allegedly misappropriating funds from the Talent Growth Company, which resulted in a purported lack of over Rs 300 crore to the state exchequer.
